All you need for this core circuit is one 5-10 lb dumbbell! Tip: Keep good posture!
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 10 seconds between. Repeat 4 rounds! challenge yourself and try to weight plank for 1 minute!
1⃣ Sit-up with Pike (2 separate moves)
2⃣ Around the World Obliques (keep arms out away from body)
3⃣ Straight Leg Sit-up
4⃣ Weight Plank (place dumbbell on the small of your back)
Cardio is essential for building lean muscle. Here is a fun cardio/plyo circuit that will kick your butt! No equipment required. Perform 30 seconds of each exercise with 10 second rests. 2-3 rounds.
1. Tuck Jumps
2. 180 Degree Distance Jumps
3. X Jumps
4. Knee to Elbow Crunches
5. Squat to Lunge Jumps
6. Quick Taps

This is for anyone who wants to lose that arm flab.. So basically everyone! Isolate your triceps with this tricep toning circuit. 3-4 rounds.
1⃣Single Leg Dips (15 each)
2⃣Traditional Dips (15)
3⃣Tricep Push Ups (aim for 5)
4⃣Overhead Dumbbell Lifts (15)
5⃣Single Arm Extension with Dumbbell (15 each)
Who has trouble with love handles? You’re not alone this is such a hard area to target. Here are some of my favorite exercises to shrink and tone those trouble makers!
Perform 20 reps of each, repeat 3-4 times.
1⃣Windmills with Weight (keep a flat back and make your abs do the work as you pull yourself back up)
2⃣Kettlebell or Dumbell Side Bend (let your arm holding the weight be dead weight)
3⃣Superman Side Reach (reach for your toes and keep thighs and stomach off the ground)
4⃣Plank with Fire Hydrant Crunch
*Note: if you’re not feeling these on your sides then you need to be flexing your abs even hard the entire time. Concentrate.
