Snowy day workout! I didn’t do any cardio today so it took me a little longer to get to my goal but I know I’ll be sore tomorrow. Set a goal before you begin your workout. You should never stop when you feel like it because you’ll want to stop right before the magic happens! I always say that because my definition of magic is RESULTS!
