Booty Bar

Wake up your body with a fun, fast paced class that burns like hell! This booty blaster combines body weight exercises, strength training, plyometrics & burst of cardio to promote burning fat and building lean muscle. Exercises vary each week with the use of TRX suspension bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, stability on the Swiss ball, & mini bands. Be ready to have fun, work hard, and get results one squat at a time!

TRX 

If you want a killer workout that will text every muscle in your body then this is the class for you! You’ll sweat, have fun, burn calories and increase your muscle endurance. We combine TRX trainiTRXng with power, stability and strength movements. This mix of gravity, resistance and movement provides the ultimate workout to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Let our instructors push you to your limits! 

CORE Progression

This workout will emphasize stability & strength training. Building a strong core will not only flatten and define your 6-pack but will assist in injury prevention & overall health in the long run. Challenge yourself to a class that will strengthen your upper abs, lower abs, obliques and back muscles while shaping your shoulders, triceps & biceps. Let our instructors push you to your limits with exercises that focus on building strength & definition.

Cardio Hour

Circuit training is an excellent boredom buster! This always changing 1 hour class will fly by as you sweat through each circuit. Whether you’re rowing, running step ups, suspending yourself by TRX, doing squats, planks, or conerica-clarkson-bridal-bootcampditioning on the stability ball – your mind won’t have time to wander, and your body will turn into a calorie burning machine! All fitness levels welcome!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Total Body Metabolic Conditioning

Saturdays 10:30 -11:15 AM at CORE PROGRESSION

Total Body MetCon is 45 minutes of intense metabolic conditioning designed to maximize fat loss, strength gains, and cardiovascular conditioning. The class will be split up between a total body conditioning and strength building program. We will utilize a variety of erica-clarkson-bootcamp-fit2commitintense exercises combined with less intense periods of recovery. This combination allows you the maximum results in a shorter amount of time. The programs are designed to be intense and constantly challenge you to ensure you are getting the most powerful workout possible. We combine a different spectrum of equipment from barbells, kettlebells, heavy ropes, Concept II Rowers, medicine balls, TRX bands, PowerPlate, and body weight exercises allowing you to work out all of your muscles for a great complete body workout.

Obstacle Basics 

Have you ever wanted to do a Spartan Race or a Tough Mudder? If so, this is the class that will take you one step closer to doing just that! And if not, this is just a badass class that everyone will love. This class will focus on endurance, strength, speed, mobility and mental toughness. You will not built fill body fitness that allows you to hoist sandbags over your head but also build mobility to crawl under barbed wire, and an all over uncanny ability to conquer the unknown and withstand just about anything that get thrown at your body! 

Upper Body Tone Up  

Build lean muscle and drop unwanted inches in this upper body strength class. Our trainers will take you through a workout designed to shape your waist and add definition to your back and arms. Circuits will include bodyweight exercises, stability work, kettle bells, medicine balls and more!
