Bored of your workout routine? Here’s a challenging kettle bell circuit for you to try this week. This circuit requires your core (abs, lower back and glutes) to be engaged the entire time. I used 18 pound kettle bells for all but the push-ups. Choose which ever weight challenges you.
1) Swiss Ball Stability Chest Press
2) Stability Kettlebell Rows
3) Lunges with KB hand off
4) KB Swings
5) Push-up Row With Tricep Extension(9 lb KB)
