Who has trouble with love handles? You’re not alone this is such a hard area to target. Here are some of my favorite exercises to shrink and tone those trouble makers!
Perform 20 reps of each, repeat 3-4 times.
1. Windmills with Weight (keep a flat back and make your abs do the work as you pull yourself back up)
2. Kettlebell or Dumbell Side Bend (let your arm holding the weight be dead weight)
3. Superman Side Reach (reach for your toes and keep thighs and stomach off the ground)
4. Plank with Fire Hydrant Crunch
*Note: if you’re not feeling these on your sides then you need to be flexing your abs even hard the entire time. Concentrate.
